Vista Point Health & Wellness Center
CentroMed selected Muñoz & Company to provide design services on construction of the new CentroMed Vista Point Health & Wellness Center located on six acres of unimproved property near the intersection of Ray Ellison Boulevard and Old Pearsall Road in San Antonio, TX. The project includes design of two separate single story buildings integrated on the site campus. The first building is a multi-specialty medical clinic of approximately 15,383 square feet and a Fitness Center of approximately 18,639 square feet.
Working with CentroMed leadership Muñoz and Company has designed a clinic and fitness center that not only meets the needs of CentroMed but supports their mission, and reflects their culture and community of those they serve. The Clinic is programmed to provide family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental and support services while the fitness center houses a reception area, basketball court, exercise equipment space, group exercise rooms, locker facilities, kids day care, indoor pool, and support services.
