Los Arcos at Vida is an affordable apartment community located off SE Loop 410 in South San Antonio. The development offers a total of 324 rental homes, including 12 one-bedroom, 132 two-bedroom, 144 three-bedroom, and 36 four-bedroom apartments. Units are available at a range of income levels: 49 at 30% AMI, 161 at 60% AMI, and 114 at 70% AMI. This is the first completed rental community supported by the voter-approved 2022 Affordable Housing Bond, with additional funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Developed by The NRP Group in partnership with the San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation, the project represents an $81.37 million investment. Funding sources include $2.06 million from the housing bond, $942,054 in Neighborhood Stabilization Program grants, and $2.25 million in federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding.
