Wheatley Clinic
Alta was contracted to design two new Public Health Clinic buildings for University Health in San Antonio.
Wheatley Clinic is located on the East Side of San Antonio, and will house 15,000 SF of clinical space, the centerpiece of which is the public health clinic, which is setup with two 10-exam room pods to offer flexibility in the services and hours to support primary care and urgent care. The clinic includes an imaging suite for x-rays and ultrasound, labs, and an on-site pharmacy. Wheatley also has flexible meeting space to accommodate community meetings and classes.
